Challenges Ahead

• Creating and evolving a high-traffic billing platform and payment processing system.

• Launching digital banking products and electronic payment systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing projects related to the development of high-traffic payment systems, billing systems, and multi-currency FinTech products.

• Simultaneously overseeing multiple projects.

• Preparing technical specifications for design, assigning tasks to project participants, coordinating team interactions with cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintaining project documentation.

• Resource management on the project: monitoring timelines and team performance, planning labor resources.

Who You Are

• Prior project management experience in an IT company.

• Exceptional project management, task prioritization, and planning skills.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing data, extracting valuable insights, and making informed decisions.

• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in facilitating discussions and documenting outcomes.

• Clear and concise communication skills, able to speak the same language as developers.

• Familiarity with project and product management tools and methodologies.
