Challenges Ahead
Creating and evolving a high-traffic billing platform and payment processing system.
Launching digital banking products and electronic payment systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide technical support and assistance to internal customers for IT hardware, infrastructure, and systems issues.
Collaborate with user support teams, developers, and DevOps teams.
Diagnose software issues based on logs and monitoring, and make technical changes to IT infrastructure settings.
Write technical specifications for bug fixes, including basic script and code writing if necessary.
Document services and describe typical operations.
Who You Are
Familiar with Python, C++, and other programming languages.
Understand API and database structures.
Capable of writing SQL-like queries.
Able to understand and diagnose infrastructure issues.
